After a long selection of 16 candidates, take various round of challenge, photo shoot, efforts and devotion finally Anugya Chand was declared as the winner of Mega Model Season 3. Mega Model Season 3 event was held in Shangri-La hotel at Lazimpat  on 12th March 2016.

At the main event 6 finalist candidates were fighting for the Mega Model Season 3, Anugya Chand won the title of Image Mega Model Season 3. Beside this opportunity, Anugya was received cash prize of rupees Two Lakh Only and a free round trip to Thailand. Nikita Mahat and Sikshya Shakya were received the title of first runner-up and second runner-ups respectively.
